One of the preamble people, as an elector over-standing the law upon the free land having full rights and immunities claimed, and retained being exempt from prosecution as an individual. Sovran is the lawful title of a sovereign in English and Russian languages. The only laws the sovereigns are under are the Law of Nations, also called Principles of the Law of Nature. All the people of the world are sovereigns, as children of the creator God of the ancient Israelites' Yahweh. All other named deities are lower than Yahweh, including Allah.
